Before the batch starts
Cancel in writing at least 7 days before your batch starts for a full refund of fees paid, less the registration fee.
After the batch starts
Fees are not refundable once classes begin, but you may transfer once to a later batch of the same course within six months.
Awarding-body fees
Exam and registration fees already paid to awarding bodies (NEBOSH, IOSH, OTHM and others) cannot be refunded by IDEAL.
If we cancel
If IDEAL cancels or postpones a batch, you can choose a full refund or a seat in the next batch.
How to request
Email admin@idealinstitutes.com with your name, course and receipt number. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 working days.
